PROBLEM
You receive the following error when trying to access CopyMove from a document library or list.
Exception occurred. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020009 (DISP_E_EXCEPTION))
CAUSE
This problem is the result of a compatibility issue with the Community Kit for SharePoint, which installs a HTTP module that runs before CopyMove. This module fails with the above error because of the parameters that are supplied in the URL to the CopyMove ASPX page in the _layouts folder.
RESOLUTION
Uninstall the Community Kit from the Web application(s) where you wish to use CopyMove. Just remove all references to CKS in the web.config file for the particular Web application(s). Alternatively, you can access CopyMove from the Actions menu in the document library or list. It is only the Copy/Move actions from the item drop-down menu that triggers the error in the CKS HTTP module.
